Crawley Cats at Home is a fantastic service!! Debbie is wonderful with my three cats and they love her to bits, even Etcetera who is people-shy! It is so stress free for us and the cats, as they get to stay in their own surroundings and we don't have to worry about them being stressed. Also, when we get home, they are there to greet us. Another added side-bonus is that the house is checked regularly while we are away. Debbie doesn't advertise the fact you are away by rolling up in a van with a massive logo on the side of her car (unlike other service providers) so it's discreet!! We had been hesitant about leaving Samson in a cattery as we know he would have hated being taken out of his own environment. So when we found out about Crawley Cats at Home, it seemed like the perfect solution. The text messages we received from Debbie whilst we were away were brilliant - it eased the guilt and it was clear that she had got to know Samson well, including all of his strange and quirky habits! It was also very reassuring to get regular updates on his antics! We arrived home to a very happy and healthy Samson - he had obviously been well looked after and entertained. We were thoroughly impressed with Debbie's professional, friendly and caring approach. We have already asked her back to look after Samson when we next go away. We have used Crawley Cats at Home twice within the last year. We cannot bear the thought of putting Silky in a Cattery as he was a rescue cat and stuck in a shelter for six months. This is the perfect solution. Silky gets to stay in his home environment surrounded by the things he loves like his bed(s), toys and familiar smells and noises. Upon return from holiday Silky is always happy and relaxed. It is quite apparent talking to Debbie that she spends time with him as she knows his little habits and mannerisms. Crawley Cats at Home was recommended to me by a friend and has proved an invaluable find. Not only is Debbie happy to look after my three cats (one with medical problems) but she was completely unfazed when I asked her to feed my rescued bats too!! Thank you very much for looking after the boys whilst we were away. We felt much happier knowing that you were there to look after them and the text messages were a really nice touch. We knew from the way in which you described them, that you had obviously spent time getting to know the cats and that they felt comfortable with you. The boys were always terrified of the journey to the cattery and came back miserable; this was stressful for both them and us.
