I really wanted my cats to stay in there own home, as cats find it so stressful when they are taken out of their surroundings. So when I saw Crawley Cats at Home in the Ifield Monthly I thought brilliant.

I was anxious before I met Debbie as going away can be stressful and you worry is everything going to be ok. However after meeting with Debbie I felt totally at ease, she was thorough with the cat’s routine and understood that I wanted the cats kept in at night. We went completely through where the cat food is, where the cats like to hide, and the locking up of the house right down to closing the curtains at night.

The day we went on holiday we couldn't get one of the cats in, he was nowhere to be seen I was a bit worried as Debbie wasn't due to visit them until the next day, so he would have been out all night.

I decided to text her and see if she could make an extra visit to the house, she texted back almost straight away saying not a problem, few what a relief.

I also got a couple of texts updating me on the cats whilst I was away, which was lovely as I was missing them.

When we arrived back, as soon as we walked into the house, it smelt really clean. I was informed later by Debbie, that the cats had messed, but Debbie’s magic carpet cleaner had worked its magic!!!

It was a first class service; Debbie is obviously a cat lover and would always do the best for your cats. I totally trust her in my home and we will be using her every time we go away.
