The Security Industry Authority (SIA)

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry, this includes holding customer keys whilst carrying out work on their premises. If anyone continues to work without a licence they will be committing a criminal offence, punishable on conviction by a fine of up to £5,000 or 6 months imprisonment or both. Further information can be found on The Security Industry Authority website.

We are pleased to confirm that Crawley Cats at Home has now completed the registration process and undergone the necessary checks, and a licence has now been issued. You can check the licence details by visiting Register of Licence Holders and entering the licence number of 1043313396905702. So you can be rest assured that when you hand over your keys, you are handing them to someone who has been independently vetted and licenced.

Charlotte
Charlotte

This was the first time we had asked Debbie to feed our cat Charlotte.

After moving to the area fairly recently, we were very apprehensive about leaving Charlotte on her own. However, on meeting Debbie at the initial consultation, it was clear she was experienced, professional and very friendly!!

Charlotte immediately warmed to Debbie and put on her best ‘rolling over moves’ after climbing into her cat bag!

Debbie kept us up to date by text, whilst we were away about how Charlotte was, which was hugely reassuring.

On return from our holiday, it was clear Charlotte was happy, relaxed, had been very well cared for and her eating area was also left spotless!!

I would recommend Debbie to all cat owners going away and I will definitely be using her services in the near future.
