From the moment Debbie came to see us for a consultation, it felt as though a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders, knowing that Alfie would be in good hands while we were on holiday. He absolutely loved her from the minute she walked through the door!! A couple of reassuring text messages during our holiday from Debbie meant we could relax and enjoy ourselves more, knowing he was at home in his own surroundings and being cared for really well.
