Debbie provided an extremely thoughtful service!! The text messages she sent by way of reassurance, were fuller than anticipated, but certainly appreciated, given this was the first time she had been round to care for Charlie. I never had any doubts about her - my reservations were around Charlie’s behaviour. Thank you for the little things you thought of Debbie.
